Hempstreet Terms of Service
Hempstreet.com (“Hemp Street”) is authored and published by Wellbeing Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. The Hempstreet.com website and app (“Sites”) are services provided by Hemp Street to bring together Indian traditional medical practitioners/hospitals/institutions etc. (“practitioners”) and provide a platform for healthcare seekers or patient (“Users”) to interact with each other. Your usage of the sites will be subject to your affirmation to these terms or service or legal agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the document carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of service, please discontinue the usage of the sites.
Hemp Street provides services to both practitioners and users without a fee (“services”). These services include:
- Practitioners- Creating profiles for practitioners which can be shared with the users.
- Clinic- an establishment providing services related to Indian system of medicine
- Users- Creating personal accounts to search for, interact and book an appointment with the practitioners
Hemp Street may make changes to these terms as and when it deems necessary. Such a change will be informed to the user immediately.
Conditions of Site Use
Practitioners
- You must only register to this site if you are a certified BAMS, BHMS (or other such qualifications as deemed necessary) Ayurvedic practitioner or naturopathy practitioner or a certified and qualified yoga practitioner/instructor/teacher.
- All the information provided by you related to your education, degree, certification, membership of various organizations etc. should be authentic. If Hemp Street finds any discrepancies with such information, it would have the right to take down/dismiss or suspend the account of the practitioner.
- Hemp Street has the right to monitor the content provided by the practitioners on “Health Feed” and remove any hateful, racist, abusive or other such related content and comments immediately. Such actions may also result in the suspension/termination of practitioner accounts.
- Hemp Street shall not be held liable for any losses or damages to the practitioner related to the use of their services. In case of any such incidence, Hemp Street will be held harmless.
- It is the responsibility of the practitioners to ensure that the users get timely and satisfactory services from them.
- It is the duty of the practitioner to ensure to provide timely response to user queries, appointment booking requests on Hemp Street. Mismanagement can result in punitive actions or suspension of account.
- In no case shall the content of the website be reproduced or copied elsewhere. All content on this website is subject to copyright and intellectual property laws.
Clinics
- Only a clinic providing healthcare or allied services related to the Indian system of medicine with qualified doctors can register on the platform.
- The clinic must employ only qualified and registered doctors with BAMS, BAHM or another relevant degree in their premises.
- All information provided by the clinic, including the staff details, services, costs, packages and qualification of the staff should be accurate. If Hemp Street finds any discrepancies with such information, it would have the right to take down/dismiss or suspend the account of the clinic.
- Hemp Street shall not be held liable for any losses or damages to the practitioner related to the use of their services. In case of any such incidence, Hemp Street will be held harmless.
- It is the responsibility of the practitioners to ensure that the users get timely and satisfactory services from them.

- Clinics shall provide their correct address and costs to the users. In case of any discrepancies, Hemp Street shall have the right to take down/dismiss or suspend the account of the clinic.
- It is the duty of the practitioner to ensure to provide timely response to user queries, appointment booking requests on Hemp Street. Mismanagement can result in punitive actions or suspension of account.
Users
- You must only register as a user or use this site if you are 18 years or older.
- Hemp Street is only a platform for booking and searching for Indian traditional medicine/yoga/naturopathy practitioners. It does not represent or endorse any hospital/institution or practitioner.
- Hemp Street shall not be held liable for any losses or damages occurring because of the practitioners. In such a case, Hemp Street will be held harmless.
- Hemp Street is not a substitute to medical advice. Users are suggested to consult their doctors before following any content.
- If the user engages in hateful, racist, abusive or other such activities on the website or if Hemp Street suspects any kind of fraudulent or illegal activity from the account, it has the right to suspend or terminate the account with immediate effect.
- In no case shall the content of the website be reproduced or copied elsewhere. All content on this website is subject to copyright and intellectual property laws.
Liability and Grievances
In no case can Hemp Street, its directors or employees be held liable for any kind of losses, damage, loss of users, negligence on part of healthcare providers/practitioners or other such activities. No representation claims, conditions or warranties are expressed or implied by Hemp Street. We ensure that we provide the best services to our users.
